Qualified Pre-K and Kindergarten Native English Teachers are needed at a great Private Chinese School in Shenzhen.  If you are a dynamic teacher, have an interest in a private Chinese school setting and can deliver learner-centered, engaging lessons, please apply now!
Working Hours:
40 working hours per week, including office hours
Monday to Friday 8:00am – 12:00pm, 14:00pm – 18:00pm
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare lessons based on provided text books
  • Attend the schools teaching seminars
  • Hand out monthly work record and work revision on time
  • Participate in English or art festivals or school big celebrations
  • Prepare lesson plans at school, correct students homework, and mentor students

Requirements

  • Native English speaker with no strong accent
  • Bachelor Degree or above
  • TEFL / TESOL / CELTA certificate or 2 years of teaching experience
  • Patient, responsible, enthusiastic, culturally aware

Benefits

– Salary CNY 16000 – CNY 22000 depending on teachers qualifications (around $2200 – $3050)（in total, including housing allowance)
 – 50% Payment for Summer (around 5 weeks)/ Winter vacation (around 3 weeks)
 – Foreign teachers community (group events, e.g. going hiking / going to beach / BBQs, etc.  )
 – Training & Curriculum provided
 – Same type of social security/health insurance as local citizen （First Class)
 – Flight allowance up to 6,000CNY (payable at the end of the contract, usually the initial contract is one year )
 – 11 days of Chinese official holidays plus Summer / Winter vacation
 – Up to 7 days of paid hotel accommodation upon arrival
 – Support in finding accommodation
 – Full support in making the transition to life in China 
In addition, the school provides all the services for teachers during the contract period. For example, visa application, reception at the airport, hotel arrangement, school visit, room rental arrangement, training, insurance, tax, SIM card purchase, bank account info, medical, etc.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree, minimum Experience teaching Kindergarten or Pre-K, preferred
