Qualified Pre-K and Kindergarten Homeroom Native English Teachers are needed at a great International Daycare in Shenzhen. You would be in charge of a class of students from ages 3 to 6. If you are an energetic and patient teacher, have an interest in an international kindergarten setting, and can deliver learner-centered, engaging lessons, please apply!
Working Hours:
40 working hours per week, including office hours
Monday to Friday 8:00am – 12:00pm, 14:00pm – 17:30pm
- You would be required to demonstrate an understanding of curriculum, subject content, have pedagogical knowledge, and observe the needs of students, providing relevant learning experiences;
- Design coherent Instruction and engage students in learning;
- Manage classroom procedures and managing student behavior;
- Create an environment of respect and rapport;
- Perform equipment set up and maintenance, such as teaching materials and classroom decoration;
- Document students learning and assess students to improve teaching and learning.

Requirements
- Native English speaker with no strong accent
- Bachelor Degree or above
- TEFL / TESOL / CELTA certificate or 2 years of teaching experience
- Patient, responsible, enthusiastic, culturally aware
Benefits
– Salary CNY 16000 – CNY 22000 depending on teachers qualifications (around $2200 – $3050)（in total, including housing allowance)
– 50% Payment for Summer (around 5 weeks)/ Winter vacation (around 3 weeks)

In addition, the school provides all the services for teachers during the contract period. For example, visa application, reception at the airport, hotel arrangement, school visit, room rental arrangement, training, insurance, tax, SIM card purchase, bank account info, medical, etc.
