Key Roles and Responsibilities

Own and manage content and tool development, research, and assessment.

1. Plan, ideate, and execute research to build internal capacity and knowledge on foundational literacy and numeracy content and assessments.
2. Contribute as a key member in the design, implementation, administration, evaluation, and revision of assessments for the projects.
3. Build a solid understanding of existing internal and external FLN products and assessment tools.
4. Ensure timeline management, team management for all the project needs w.r.t all stakeholders.
5. Ensure high-quality, pedagogically appropriate and innovative content creation and review, with a learner-centric focus.
6. Work with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate, educate and coordinate the project needs of FLN/K-12 assessment, execution, and analysis.
7. Maintain appropriate documentation for all the deliverables.
8. Work with clients and evaluators to understand implementation challenges.

Support

1. Support/perform data analysis to measure student performance and unearth learning trends.
2. Support in designing and conducting training and workshops on Assessment Processes, Question making, understanding results, reports, etc.

Organizational Development

1. Expand the scope of projects by high quality dissemination through working papers, publications, etc.
2. Do continuous product-level analysis to identify strengths and areas of improvement needed for large-scale assessments.
3. Support in team’s growth and learning needs and build their capacity around pedagogy related activities.

Education and Experience

Graduate / Post Graduate in relevant subjects

Following years of experience in the education space is preferred;

ES: 0-2

Lead: 3-5

AM: 5-7

Sr Manager: 10+

Fluency in English is a must. Additionally, willing to travel to the field to evaluate implementation of various assessments.
