Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver lessons to students, ensuring effective learning outcomes.
- Develop and implement engaging teaching methods to promote student participation.
- Monitor student progress, identify areas of improvement, and adjust instruction accordingly.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and assessments.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-4 years of experience as an Assistant Teacher or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of English language (reading comprehension) and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of motivation.
