Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure delivery of agreed conversions / enrollments to various overseas client along with working in close quarters to sales and operations team members.
- Review weekly/monthly and quarterly team targets of converting prospective students into confirmed admissions to streamlining functional objectives to organizational goals.
- Hire, nurture and lead teams to achieve their targets.
- Responsible for reports, forecasts and performance reviews against the defined metrics.
- Monitor service parameters with operations to ensure exceptional customer experience.
- Assess training needs of team members and collaborate with the training team for enhanced capabilities
- Stay up-to-date with competitor movements and ensure team members are aligned with the changing market dynamics.
Required Skills:
- Expertise of abroad education experience.
- Ability to drive business growth from new and existing customers
- Should have managed large teams successfully
