Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of agreed conversions / enrollments to various overseas client along with working in close quarters to sales and operations team members.
• Review weekly/monthly and quarterly team targets of converting prospective students into confirmed admissions to streamlining functional objectives to organizational goals.
• Hire, nurture and lead teams to achieve their targets.
• Responsible for reports, forecasts and performance reviews against the defined metrics.
• Monitor service parameters with operations to ensure exceptional customer experience.
• Assess training needs of team members and collaborate with the training team for enhanced capabilities
• Stay up-to-date with competitor movements and ensure team members are aligned with the changing market dynamics.

• Expertise of abroad education experience.
• Ability to drive business growth from new and existing customers
• Should have managed large teams successfully
