Role Description
As an Education Coach, you will play a critical role in supporting students by designing and implementing effective lesson plans, training programs, and personalized educational strategies. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Lucknow, where you will engage with students directly to identify their academic and career aspirations, support their learning journeys, and help them develop the skills necessary for success. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is expected to further enhance the educational resources provided to students.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and curriculum development
- Experience in Education and Teaching to guide learners effectively
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to interact with students and support their growth
- Background in Training and mentoring students to achieve their academic and professional goals
- Self-motivated with the ability to inspire and engage students
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field is desirable
- Experience in working with aspiring students aiming for global education is a plus
