• Generate walk ins from telephonic leads and from other sources and referrals
• Counselling prospective students and guiding them about the different courses offered
• Follow up on leads, generate walk ins from leads and convert them to admissions
• To be a single point of interface for all students till conversion
• Willing to work for targets
• Experience with CAD training institute will be preferred though not mandatory
• Good Presentation Skills
• Should have a pleasing personality with good communication
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Must speak English fluently – Preference will be given to candidates who can speak Kannada, Telugu and Tamil
• Highly organized and mature with respect to human relationships and can get the job done.
• Ability to Influence, Convince and Persuade
• Good Attitude to work in an ethical environment
