EduBridge Hiring for Senior Academic Counselor Job at Bangalore Full Time

We are expanding our sales team. As a Sr. Academic Counselor in EduBridge, you will be responsible for:

• Converting inbound and outbound leads into successful enrolments.
• Connect with Students / Working Professionals who are looking to upskill.
• Guiding students to make the right career choice by providing them with accurate information about our training programs
• Maintaining a database and making cold calls/outbound calls
• Achieving monthly or annual targets
• Ensuring that you achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Converting leads through cold calling, internet research, and various sources
• Meeting daily targets of calling prospects (80 fresh connected calls per day) and delivering a set target of sales per month
• Communicating and priming leads through channels such as email, WhatsApp, SMS, and calls
• Researching and identifying key students and generating interest in our online courses and services
• Contacting potential students via phone to establish rapport and convert leads into enrolment
• Networking and striving to convert connections into customers
• Taking prospects from the initial contact phase to the qualified phase over the phone
• Presenting solutions virtually
• Following up with prospects and leads on a daily basis, with the goal of closing leads

Your approach will focus on:

• Building trusted relationships with students by providing them with accurate information about the training programs
• Helping students make informed career decisions
• Helping professionals learn while they work.
