Role Description The EdTech Territory Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Lucknow, with a mix of on-site client visits and some work-from-home flexibility. This role is responsible for managing and growing NexTech’s presence in the assigned territory by building relationships with schools, colleges, training centers, and other educational partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new prospects, delivering product presentations and demonstrations, and driving end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to closure. The Territory Manager will coordinate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs, prepare business proposals, negotiate terms, and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients. The role also involves monitoring territory performance, gathering market insights, resolving client issues promptly, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or related tools.
Qualifications

• Strong Sales Operations and Customer Service skills to manage the full sales cycle, maintain client relationships, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
• Effective Communication and interpersonal skills to conduct presentations, negotiate with stakeholders, and collaborate with internal teams.
• Analytical Skills and Business Planning capabilities to assess territory performance, forecast pipeline, and develop strategies for growth.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in EdTech, education services, or technology solutions for institutions.
• Comfort with using digital tools, CRM systems, and online meeting platforms for prospecting, reporting, and client engagement.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment, prioritize tasks, and travel within the territory as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Knowledge of the local education landscape in and around Lucknow is an added advantage.
