EDIIFY Hiring For Admission Counselor at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India Full Time

• Convert student (inquiry/leads) into admission.
• Counsel students and apprise them of program features, pedagogy, and curriculum.
• Clarify and handle questions about the course, program selection, and career planning.
• Having discussions with parents/other counselors and clarifying their doubts.
• Work with the marketing team to help them drive more traffic and generate more leads, based on your feedback.
• Actively tracking and following up on potential leads.
• Maintaining MIS reports.
• The candidate will directly report to the Admissions Head of the company.

Requirements

• Very good communication skills, fluent in both English and Hindi.
• Must be a self-starter and should be able to work with minimum guidance.
• Attitude to work in a startup environment.
• Experience working with an education company is preferred.
• Should have rich experience in inside sales and driving admissions in the skills education space.
