Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the school, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments.
- Oversee academic programs, curriculum development, and implementation.
- Coordinate with teachers, staff members, and parents to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Handle admissions process from inquiry to admission confirmation, including student counseling and enrollment management.
- Supervise payroll administration tasks such as salary processing and benefits management.Role & responsibilities
Preferred candidate profile
- 20-30 years of experience in Teaching and school administration (CBSE preferred).
- Strong understanding of teaching policies and procedures.
- Excellent employee relations skills for managing a team effectively.
- Proficiency in school management software systems (SMS) for efficient coordination.
