Take prospect from initial contact phase to qualified phase over the phone
Present product solutions virtually
Counselling potential learners, helping them plan their career path and understanding how EdBuddy can enhance their career growth
Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned to you. This includes making phone calls, product demonstration, sales closing, and post-sales-relationship management.
· Meet and exceed pipeline contribution goals.
· Willingness to be measured by weekly and monthly basis.
· Maintaining a detailed database of all the interactions on CRM with the leads and providing constant feedback to the marketing team on lead quality.
Experience Skills and Education
· Graduate with 1-5 years of working experience in Inside sales/ Tele sales/ Outbound sales/ Educational Sales.
· Proactive and problem solving attitude.
· Excellent communication skills verbal and written, should be able to communicate with learner, their parents and other decision makers.
· Extraordinary pitching and negotiation skills required.
· Ownership and responsibility of task delegated
· Passion to work in a fast paced startup environment
· Continuous learning mindset
· Customer focus with good convincing ability and confident personality
