Position Title ERG-3 ( Reporting & Documentation )

Organisation Masoom

Reporting to SSC Head

Location Mumbai office

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Analysis of enrolment status of each centers (Red/Orang / Green).

Monthly sharing with heads

• To develop attendance tracking system. To give the training to each

Enrolment, Attendance staff. Monthly attendance status sharing with heads.

Tracking/ Case studies

• To find out case studies across all centers. Documents it & share

whenever required.

• To keep the distribution data of Text book, Notebook, Science Journals.

To collect the data of textbooks, collected from previous students.

• To keep the Nutrition data of across all ELC centers

Material distribution
Documentation To keep the records of Exam materials Like Question sets, answer sheets,

Supplements, 21 Sets ect.

• If any other material distributed to the centers- Keep the tracking &

Documentations.

• To analysis of the data of worksheet results .

Exams & Worksheet

Assessments To compile the Exam results like Unit test, semester Exam, Open Book test & prelim Exam- analysis & report submit to the head.

• To document each and every activity which has been conducted in ELC

Co- curricular Activities Centers.

documentation

• To share the reports with Communications department for donor

reporting.

• Masoom’s Publications Like-Foundation course, Bridge Course, Quick

Content Books- Fixes- Saving of soft copies & CDR files.

Documentation & Storage

• Making Educational Videos making library

• To prepare post & Photos for social media of each activity & upload it on

Social Media posts & social media as well as website with the approval of seniors

Reports

• Visit to all ELC centers, Solving the data related & Issues, conduct the

Visit To ELC centers across Trainings & Orientaion meetings with the staff.

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
