ABOUT EBLITY
Eblity’s manifesto is to enable carers of children with Academic, Behavioural and Emotional Challenges including Special Needs to realise the children’s full potential. Eblity has been providing training and skills development to over 80,000 educators, professionals and parents from over 80 countries.
We are looking for a passionate teacher trainer who can host online training. The training will focus on classroom management and strategies for children with challenges, with the aim to help these children excel based on their own strengths.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Be the lead trainer hosting online training sessions and events creating wow experiences for schools, teachers and parents
- Be the facilitator working with other trainers delivering online mentorship sessions
- Ensure smooth running of each live training session, keeping the energy and engagement high during the sessions
- Interpret participants’ feedback, receive questions and facilitate answering of the questions from multiple channels, including private messages within the live streaming software, social media, etc.
- Co-lead the recruitment process and selection of trainers (only applicable to the full-time role)
- Lead on-boarding and dry-run/practice sessions with every trainer; trainers can be from various countries and races (only applicable to the full-time role)
- Support adhoc projects as assigned (only applicable to the full-time role)
ABOUT YOU
- Passionate about Eblity mission
- Committed, confident, charismatic, organised and focused
- Have significant experience in hosting online events
- Have significant experience in training teachers online and offline
- Tech-savvy with various online tools (Zoom, Canva, MS Office etc.)
- Great team player and can build excellent rapport with experts outside the organisation
- Communication skills – excellent command of English, and ability to connect with participants from various countries & cultures
- Organisation skills – ability to organise and focus to make sure the session/event is well coordinated and that everything goes off without a hitch
- Problem-solving skills – it’s inevitable that some things won’t go as planned during an online session/event, so you should be able to quickly solve any issues that arise
- Poise – ability to interact with participants in an empathetic and professional manner, with a neat appearance, preferably someone who can be charming, witty, and graceful in dealing with others
- Experience in life skills training is preferred but not essential
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Special Needs, Communication or equivalent
