Eblity has been providing training and skills development to over 150,000 educators, professionals and parents from over 80 countries.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced teacher trainer who can conduct interactive online training. The training will focus on national education policy, practical classroom management and strategies for identifying and managing children with challenges, with the aim to help these children excel based on their own strengths.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Online & Offline Training

• Be an expert trainer, delivering exceptional online and offline training sessions and events to create outstanding experiences for schools, teachers, and parents.
• Collaborate with fellow trainers to facilitate online and offline mentorship sessions.
• Ensure the seamless execution of live training sessions, maintaining high energy and engagement levels throughout.
• Interpret and address participant feedback and questions from various channels, including private messages within live streaming software and social media.

Content Development

• Conduct research and develop content for training sessions, events, and marketing initiatives.
• Take charge of gathering, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting opinions, resources, and data related to education, special needs conditions, prevalence, trends, and more.
• Support the design of data collection processes.
• Lead and conduct focus group discussions to collect feedback and enhance curriculum, content, and resources quality.

ABOUT YOU

• Passionate about Eblity’s mission.
• Hold a minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Special Needs, Communication, or equivalent.
• Bring over 7 years of experience as a teacher trainer.
• Possess extensive knowledge of the latest National Education Policy.
• Demonstrate commitment, confidence, charisma, organization, and focus.
• Have substantial experience in training teachers both online and offline.
• Proficient in using various online tools like Zoom, Canva, MS Office, etc.
• Excel as a team player and establish strong relationships with external experts.
• Exhibit exceptional communication and writing skills, including a strong command of English and the ability to connect with participants from diverse countries and cultures.
• Showcase organizational prowess, ensuring well-coordinated sessions and events.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills to address unforeseen issues during online and offline sessions and events.
• Maintain poise while interacting with participants in an empathetic and professional manner, along with a neat appearance.
• Preferred experience in life skills training, though not essential.
