Overview:

We are seeking an ownership-oriented and results-driven consultant to join our team; where your primary responsibilities will include counselling, prospecting, and acquiring new clients, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their journey. You will be responsible for converting leads from various marketing channels and consistently meeting revenue targets aligned with team and organisational goals. Additionally, you will play a vital role in expanding our sales pipeline by obtaining referrals from existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Connecting and Counseling students and working professionals for Career Development Programs.
  • Promoting programs as per the profile of the candidate.
  • Maintaining connections with the candidates through meetings, calls etc.
  • Overseeing pre- to post-sales enrollment activities while guaranteeing the greatest level of client satisfaction
  • Lead conversion from numerous marketing channels
  • Consistently meet revenue goals in accordance with team/organizational goals
  • Obtaining referrals from the current clientele to widen the sales pipeline
  • Actively looking for possibilities to upsell and cross-sell to existing customers
  • Reporting daily status report & gather unbiased feedback without fail.
