Job Description –
– Guide the students through various courses offered by the colleges
– Mediate between the students and authorities
– Resolve student’s queries and provide them with practical solutions
– Help students in preparing academic applications and provide one-on-one guidance
– Report student’s issues to appropriate authorities, if and when needed
– Assist students throughout their admission process
Qualifications and Skills Needed:
– good communication skills
– Proactive listening
– Decision making
– Basic understanding of the counselling process
– Ability to meet targets and deadlines
– Should be able to maintain confidentiality
