Roles and Responsibilities

1. Reporting to the centre-manager and Willingness to follow school policies and procedures

2. Must be flexible with working hours in case of extreme emergency at the centre

3. Ensure vigilance and safety of children while they are at the centre

4. Planning execution of the sessions well in advance and preparing for the session a day prior
to facilitate active learning

5. Weekly discussion of planners with the centre-head

6. Planning and execution of thematic and annual events

7. Evaluation of children and maintaining records to be filled in the report card twice in a year
8.Conducting PTM as per the schedule. (4 PTMs in a year)

9. Ownership in-case of any mishaps at the centre especially where children are concerned
10.Monitoring hygiene and cleanliness of the centre

11. Execution of display and communication boards

12. Posting updates on parent communication app

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Ecced certification is must.

2. Excellent oral & written command on language.

3. Team Player

4. Prior Preschool Daycare experience will be an added advantage

Work Timing 08.30-04.00 (Monday – Friday ) & Alternate Saturday (9am-2pm)
