Full Job Description
We are looking for a Learning and Development Specialist to design and deliver engaging learning programs for both leaders and individual contributors, primarily to India Region and also to the globe.

Ultimately, you will ensure our work environment helps employees develop and contribute to their career success and progression.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the classroom through effective facilitation processes that enable efficient delivery of curriculum and a training environment conducive to learning

Use up-to-date knowledge and skills associated with the content being delivered

Access and collaborate with other expert resources to deliver training

Design and deliver training in a variety of mediums, in-person, virtual lead, e-learning, video

Work with global L&D partners and regional leaders to align learning deliverable with strategic business needs

Assess class performance and curriculum and delivery effectiveness

Work with leaders to support trainees’ transfer of learning from the classroom to the workplace

Conduct needs analyses to create the optimal learner experience

Provide input to the Learning and Development strategy

Build content to deliver on our vision of the learner experience

Participate with the global L&D team in development of learning practices, tools, technology, and learning solutions.

Support the development of new facilitators

Design and create activities and learning content to support the curriculum

Determine audience needs and flex program delivery to be most effective; classroom, self-paced, hands-on application

Ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)

Technically savvy, with a passion for digital learning
