Objective The Lead-FSS & APQP Skilling is responsible for:
- This is a Leadership Position with visibility across Group. This position will work with leaders from Group Companies and Functions (Quality/Prod/SCM/Maintenance/ME and R&D)
- This position is responsible for driving the Function Specific Skilling (FSS) for Technical Functions in all the Group companies.
- This includes Developing Competency Model, Competency Assessment & Skill gap Analysis.
- Training Calendar Preparation as per Skill Gaps and Budgeting.
- Executing the Training Program along with Various Knowledge Partners/Vendor i.e OMNEX, NTTF and IMTMA. Liaison with the Training Partners.
- Ensure participation in the Training Program.
- Ensuring Participants complete Post Training Exercises (Small Project) for Skilling, through regular reviews.
- Regular Strong follow-up with Plant Head, Company HR Head, Company Talent SPOC, and Plant HR Head for Training Participation and Skilling Completion.
- All the above activities for the APQP Skilling also for L3 Management Staff.
- Full ownership of PACE software, especially for FSS & APQP Skilling.
- Monthly MIS and Dashboard for FSS & APQP.
Skills And Experiance
- A Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited institution.
- Experience in the field of Learning & Development, HR, and/or Manufacturing Excellence.
- Minimum Basic Awareness in key APQP tools such as in APQP, FMEA, PPAP, SPC, & MSA.
- A minimum of 10 years of work experience in L&D, HR and/or Manufacturing Excellence.
- Familiar with PACE software.
- Familiar with other software such as SuccessFactors LMS, & Percipio etc.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal communication skills and organization skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate well at all levels.
- Should have basic concept level understanding on Competency Model.
