Basic knowledge of Compliance pertaining to the administration of the respective office
Microsoft Office – Excel, word and email writing
Negotiation skills
Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. printers/ scanner/copier)
Fluency in English, Marathi and Hindi language with good communication skills at all levels
Good analytical capability with application in diverse situations
Skills for organizing events
Responsibilities
Front office tasks
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Receive, sort and distribute daily mails/ couriers/ parcels/deliveries to respective people
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
Arranging the meals and refreshment for guests as directed
Administration
Order office supplies (Pantry/ housekeeping) and keep inventory of stock
Arrange for various employee engagement events in the company
Negotiate for making AMC contracts and renewal
Maintain the copies of the various licenses and compliance certificates required by the respective office
Maintain upkeep of the premises and ensure safety and hygiene at workplace
Attend to the breakdown / repairs requested by members
Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
