Create playbooks, disseminate creatives and monitor the Brand Building activities in the zones to ensure
consistency and concurrence of messaging spread into eight zones across country. Content management
of UltraTech Trade Connect (UTC) App for Channel partners & Influencers (i.e. towards education,
engagement & information sharing), co-ordination with Brand Design team on Branding artworks
developed by HO for rollout to zones and for use on various on ground deployment.
Work with the zones for regionalization and vernacular language changes of the assets for use on various
channels like digital, on-ground, in-event etc.

UTC Content Management Along with ensuring TAT for HO Content approval for Zonal uploaded
content on UTC App, need to do hygiene check for content developed by Zonal teams & necessary
revisions to be done before sending it for Head Brand Building approval. Also, to ensure periodic
replication of relevant website content on UTC App. Proactively manage content for Dealer education,
engagement, information sharing, feedback etc.- on an ongoing basis
Artwork release coordination / Creative deployment at Zones Active involvement with Brand design
team on artwork related discussions. Execution is spread across geography & hence it is important to
ensure that the output remains same. This is a high energy & effort activity, especially because a lot of
coordination is required between HO Brand Design team, Zonal SPOCs & various vendors
Zonal on-ground, online & BTL activities create playbooks for various activities & ensure brand
standardisation across platforms. Create SOPs for Influencer & IHB meets to ensure Brand CVPs &
language remains consistent
Branding guideline adherence check at Zones To identify & flag deviation for Zonal initiated
deployments by doing quarterly checks, the same requires extensive interactions with Zonal BB team &
many times with Regional BB team members based on respective elements or language of content
deployed; this also requires traveling
Coordinating with zonal teams for tickets through the CRM.
