DSB International School is looking to employ enthusiastic Primary class teachers to accommodate our growing primary section. The DSB Primary Curriculum is based on the English National Curriculum. We will have vacancies in KS1 and lower and upper KS2. The successful candidates will be responsible for the teaching of all subjects except for those covered by specialists i.e. PE, Music, German, Hindi and Marathi. Most grades have two divisions so you will be working alongside and planning with another teacher – although you will have separate classes. Maximum class size is 18. Grades 1 and 2 (years 2 and 3 UK) will be located at our Garden Campus, Grades 3 upwards at our Euro Campus.

The initial contract is for 2 years – with an opportunity to extend on mutual agreement

Successful candidates

Must have:
A valid teaching certification

A minimum of two years teaching experience – ideally in the English National Curriculum

Ideally have:
experience working with mixed ability classes, supporting students with mild specific learning disabilities, and English as an additional language.

Good to have:
a knowledge of India and or experience working in a similar country.

Start date 1st August 2022 (one post open now)

Contract: full time.
