Job Specific RequirementsLine Manager: Head of PrimaryThe Coordinator of the Foundation Stage is responsible for the fastest growing area of the school and will manage eight Foundation Stage teachers in FS1 and FS2.They will be responsible for developing the planning of the programme to ensure its responsiveness to the individual educational needs and targets of the students;They will ensure their staff understand and uphold all the school’s expectations of child safeguarding;They will ensure regular and thorough record keeping of the students’ progress;They will be responsible for creating a stimulating and joyous learning environment for the students in Foundation Stage;They will lead on training of staff – both new and established, to meet the expectations of the programme.They will ensure an effective working partnership of staff and parents as their children enter education and develop towards more formal classroom learning;They will ensure students graduating from FS2 are ready to enter the formal education of Kindergarten (English National Curriculum Year 1);They will support the Admissions team in the running of open houses for potential parents and students by explaining and promoting the programme and by observing and assessing the children.They will also perform the role of a Foundation stage teacher with a reduced load of key children (4 – 6).Essential RequirementsValid teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent)2 years teaching experienceIBDP or A-level experienceSalary and BenefitsInternational StaffSalary range: Net salaries in the range of 1740 to 2630 USD /per month Accommodation is provided free of charge within two km of the campus at which you are based or mostly based
