We are looking for a Hub Champ and Program Advisor to influence and coach parents and learners to think in paradigm shifting breakthroughs.

We are looking for an experienced Hub Champ who is passionate about making a change, enthusiastic,
love kids to join our learning hub and lead our team of teachers. The candidate should have experience
in curriculum leadership, creative planning, sales and marketing, innovative curriculum design and
implementation, inspirational leadership, and the ability to lead change in the world, make a difference,
influence change, lead initiatives, and motivate and inspire others. Will be a part of creating a more
sustainable future for the planet and happier world for humanity.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional leadership and management of the subjects in order to secure high-quality
teaching, the effective use of resources, and improved standards of learning and achievement
for all students
Actively support the values, vision, ethos, culture and policies of the learning hub
Take overall responsibility for curriculum leadership
Keep up to date with changes and initiatives in education
Conduct regular curriculum workshops & need based teacher workshops
Provide ongoing mentoring and coaching to all classroom staff through spending time in
classrooms to introduce innovative ideas, strategies, etc
Establish and maintain a vibrant and thriving learning hub
Engage positively in the learning hub Appraisal process and performance management
arrangements
Lead on pedagogical initiatives and approaches
Keep up to date with changes and initiatives in education
Provide clarifications to parent queries in a professional manner
Ensure timely availability, proper utilization of teaching resources by teachers & maintain
accurate records & equipment & teaching aids.
Allotment of specific teacher duties. E.g. preparations of the teaching aid, inventory checks etc.
Conduct regular teacher observations, give teacher feedback & conduct quarterly teacher
performance appraisals (QPR’s).
Coordinate and conduct timely Assessment/Reviews/ Examinations as per guidelines.
Coordinate and conduct regular student workshops to enhance the quality of learning
Plan and coordinates sports activities, events / competition
Plan and coordinate all events such as field trip, special days, LDS, culminating activities
Attend to all new admissions curriculum and centre related queries
Monitor all Teacher Log reports on a regular basis
Report all Discipline related issues
Assist in planning the student arrivals and dispersals
Promote high standards in all aspects of hub life, particularly in student progress
Inspire and motivate students, teachers and other learning hub employees
Contribute to a learning hub culture which is positive, purposeful and professional
Set a model of excellence in classroom practice
Liaise with teachers across learning hub to ensure smooth transition of children between year
groups/phases with regards to curriculum provision
Identify ways students can achieve ‘Mastery’ and support teachers in delivering this
Work with the teachers to use child progress data to identify key groups needing support or
extension
Liaise with administrator to ensure the subject is well resourced and manage the purchase and
organisation of resources
Undertake self-evaluation and improvement planning on the delivery of the curriculum
Track student progress, monitor standards of learning and teaching in order to set realistic
academic targets for students
Build strong relationships with parents and assist in the coordination and delivery of parent
curriculum meetings and/or workshops as appropriate
Lead on staff workshop and curriculum training
Take responsibility for mentoring new teachers
Prepare PowerPoint presentations for management and employee meetings
Recruiting and interviewing prospective employees
Ensuring efficient scheduling to maintain required staff: child ratios
Plans and coordinates special events
Management of Assessment, Reviews and examinations as per curriculum schedule and
guidelines
Undertake other duties as directed by the Management
Experience and Qualifications:
3 – 5 years’ experience in Senior Management experience
Post-graduate in Education or related field is preferred, but not mandatory

listen and motivate them
o Organizing and coordinating skills
o Ability to design and write promotional material,
o Lead change in the world and make a difference, ability to influence change, lead
initiatives and motivate others,
o Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships with stakeholders
o Flexible attitude towards working hours as per learning hub needs.
