Dreamdesk (Iskon Road, Siliguri) Requires Smart and Presentable Female / Male Career Counsellors for advising Students for Further studies.
Domain Training will be Provided.
Salary – 12k – 25k per month (Depends on Experiance in same domain)
Experiance Required – 1 Yrs – 6 Yrs
Language Proficiency – Excellent Bengali & English Speaking skills Required.
Job Description & Requirements

· Catering to student’s need and interest for further studies thereby aiding in the course selection process to ensure progress towards student goals through various channels such as telephonic / online or face to face career & admission counselling.

· Understand Student Psychology and motivate the students to take admission to progressive and professional degree level courses.

· Discussing career and educational goals with students so that they are clear on the concept of taking up the profession graduate level course

· Talk to their parents and decision makers regarding the financials, student loan, scholarship etc.

· Should be ready to travel for seminars and presentations as and when required and co-ordinate the event so as to get the maximum benefit closing out of the same.

· Identifying student strengths and weaknesses and guide them for a better career opportunity.

· Maintaining updated reports on student progress, follow up the leads and convert them into successful admissions.

· Connecting students with resources, such as counselors or tutors.

Preferred Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree related to education, Master’s degree may be preferred.

· Experience in student counseling, development, education, or related field.
