Full Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Counseling the students on call, regarding courses and their benefits of upcoming colleges.
- Influencing them to enroll and guide them to the right-center in their respective city.
- Handling calls and solving queries of the prospective students
- Follow up with any situations that may require additional information or help from either the student supervisors or Coordinator
Requirements :
- 0-3 years of experience in BPO, tele calling, counsellor field
- Preferable candidates residing in Siliguri
- Effective communication skill and time management skill
- Should speak English with Bengali or English with Nepali
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹8,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
