Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ability to take responsibility and lead the team with excellent leadership skills
• Counseling the students either in online mode or offline mode, regarding courses and their benefits.
• Influencing them to enroll and guide them to the right-center in their respective city.
• Handling calls and solving queries of the prospective students
• Follow up with any situations that may require additional information

Requirements :

• 1-2 years of experience in BPO, tele calling, counsellor field
• Should be smart presentable and we’ll oriented
• Effective communication skill and time management skill
• Should be fluent in English, Bengali & Nepali

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹9,000.00 – ₹12,000.00 per month
