We are seeking a dynamic and multitasking individual to join our dental practice as a Receptionist cum Dental Assistant. This role requires excellent organizational skills, exceptional customer service, and the ability to assist dental professionals in providing high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Front Desk Management:
Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage phone calls, appointments, and patient inquiries.
Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
Prepare treatment rooms for dental procedures.
Assist dentists during examinations and treatments.
Sterilize and maintain dental instruments.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care.
Update and maintain patient records.
Process insurance claims and assist with billing inquiries.
Manage office supplies and inventory.
Ensure a positive patient experience by addressing questions and concerns.
Schedule appointments and follow up on appointment reminders.
Qualifications and Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Basic computer applications.

Previous experience in a dental office or related healthcare setting is preferred.
