Dr. Shroff Charity Eye Hospital Hiring For Counsellor at Delhi, Delhi Full Time

1) Patient Education

Provide comprehensive information to patients about cataract surgery, including the procedure, risk , benefits and packages

2) Assessment

Conduct initial assessment of patient to determine their Suitability

3) Appointment Scheduling

Assist Patients in scheduling appointment for eye surgeries and ensuring the patient flow

4) Financial Counselling

Explain the Cost of treatment and ensuring the efficient patient flow

5) Record Keeping

Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, documentation and treatment plans. Prepare patient data for stakeholders and projects

6) Communication

Facilitate communication between patients and medical staff , ensuring patients question and concerns are addressed properly.

7) Outreach

Participate in community outreach programs to raise awareness about eye health and the service offered by the hospital

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
