Dr Reddy’s Foundation (DRF) is a not-for-profit organization set up in 1996 to enable socially and economically vulnerable groups to take control of their lives. We develop and test innovative solutions to address complex social problems and promote scaling up of impact by leveraging partnerships. We work with Children, Youth (including Persons with Disabilities) Women and Households across 20 States in India

• To support all DRF teachers in executing the Foundational Litercay, Numeracy and English Langauge (FLN&EL) Module to 5th & 6th calss students in Govt. Schools
• Deliver effecrtive Training of Teachers in person / through a virtual platform which will help teachers to improve the learning outcomes in areas of FLN&EL.
• To manage the teachers’ performance by mentoring and coaching.
• To design and develop new assessments to measure the progress made by students
• To refine the already developed contects based on the requirement

• Keep his/her knowledge updated on FLN&EL to add value to the project
• Mentoring and Coaching of DRF trainers with a belief that all chidren can learn FLN&EL to ensure that projects accomplaishes its deliverables
• Organize effective training programs (ToT) for teachers
• Design and Conduct regular assessment of trainers and students
• Develop systems to oversee implementation of teaching by teachers across all the SIP schools
• Organise daily and weekly meetings to review and plan upcoming activities
• Collect and analyse the data to find the insights about the program execution
• Become the organization voice on FLN&EL, participation in different fouum, meetings
• Regual visits to schools (at least 4 days in a week, 2 day work from any nearby centre in Vizag)
