Job Brief:

We at Dr.Phale are looking to hire an Education Counselor for our NEET-UG Program. You will be responsible for providing academic and career counseling for students and parents.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handling academic & career counseling for prospective learners and their parents.
• Through counseling help the students to decide which course is a good fit for them.
• Handling admission tests and interviews.
• Responsible for handholding prospective students and guiding them through the entire admission process.
• Converting Leads to Admissions through counseling and follow-ups.
• Generating Walk-in by doing Follow up on Enquiry Assigned on Daily Basis.
• Making Reports on a daily/weekly and monthly basis (Performance Report / Walk-in Report and Admission Report)
• Responsible for achieving individual admission targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience of 1-3 years as an educational counselor.
• B.Ed in Education will be preferred or any graduate degree.
• Integrity and professionalism.
• Ability to operate within a wide range of student personalities and backgrounds.
• Education in various models of teaching, best counseling practices, and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence abilities.
• Active listening skills
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to grasp complete product knowledge.
