Job Description :- MIS Head or MIS Executive (DDU-GKY or PMKVY) Immediate Joining.

An MIS executive, also known as a Management Information System Executive, oversees all the organisation’s information technology activities. Their duties include planning, integrating and administering all organisational computer-related activities.

Role & responsibilities

• Daily Attendance, Dossier update, Batch Health Report, Mobilization, Placement etc.
• Monitoring and keeping proper track and records of Lab equipment and lab consumables.
• Uploading candidates details on Govt Portals.
• Maintaining all batches of candidates data and documents in centres.
• Maintain Record of all the certification process.
• Maintain on Daily basis cctv footage backup.
• Maintain DDU-GKY and PMKVY, Kaushal Bharat, MPR, Kaushal Panjee etc.
• Data validations & uploads on portal.

Preferred candidate profile

• Good Observation and a sharp eye of catching errors in data.
• Knowledge of Govt skill development projects specially DDU-GKY and PMKVY.
• Knowledge of fundamentals of computers, IT tools like MS Office, E- mails, internet, digital literacy, Apps etc.
• Expert of computer in MS office (Word, Excel and Power point), internet and others.
• Good Knowledge of the online Portal of PMKVY/DDUGKY/ STATE PROJECT FOR SKILL DEVELOPMENT project.
• Should have good Communication skills & Motivational skills
