Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Consultant in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Telesales Consultant will communicate with patients over the phone, provide excellent customer/client service, and use sales techniques to convince clients to purchase products or services. The Telesales Consultant will also train new sales staff and maintain accurate sales records. It might require you to work in shifts also.

Qualifications

• Sales Consulting and Sales skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to train new sales staff
• Experience in telesales or related fields
• At least Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales& Marketing, Communications, or a related field, a Master’s degree will be preferred.
• Keen interest in working in sexual healthcare and intent to genuinely help the clients/patients
• Fluency in English and Hindi languages is mandatory.

Remuneration: As per the Industry Standards + Incentives.
