NTT Trained Teacher (Nursery Teacher Training)
Job Summary:
As an NTT Trained Teacher, you will be responsible for providing early childhood education and care to children aged 2 to 5 years. Your primary role will be to create a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development of young children. You will be expected to plan and implement age-appropriate activities, assess individual child progress, and maintain effective communication with parents or guardians.
Responsibilities:
1. Curriculum Development:
– Design and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum for children in the nursery age group.
– Plan and organize daily activities that stimulate and promote learning through play, exploration, and interaction.
– Create a safe and engaging classroom environment conducive to the growth and development of children.
2. Teaching and Instruction:
– Provide instruction to children in various subjects, including language development, pre-reading skills, basic math concepts, art, music, and physical education.
– Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
– Foster social and emotional development by encouraging positive behavior, conflict resolution, and empathy.
3. Individual Child Assessment:
– Observe and assess each child’s progress, strengths, and areas of improvement.
– Maintain records of individual development, including anecdotal observations, assessments, and portfolios.
– Use assessment data to identify appropriate learning goals and develop individualized plans for children.
4. Parent Communication and Collaboration:
– Establish and maintain regular communication with parents or guardians to provide updates on their child’s progress, activities, and behavior.
– Conduct parent-teacher conferences to discuss individual child development and address any concerns.
– Collaborate with parents to support and enhance the child’s learning and development at home.
5. Classroom Management:
– Create and maintain an organized, safe, and stimulating learning environment.
– Establish and enforce rules and routines to promote positive behavior and a sense of responsibility.
– Manage classroom materials, resources, and equipment effectively.
6. Professional Development:
– Stay updated with current trends, research, and best practices in early childhood education.
– Attend workshops, conferences, and training sessions to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
– Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional learning communities.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (NTT training/certification preferred).
– Proven experience working with young children in a nursery or preschool setting.
– Strong understanding of child development principles and early childhood education methodologies.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
– Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
– Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
