Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable TGT Physics Teacher to join our prestigious school in Malad West, Mumbai. As a TGT Physics Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality physics education to students at the Middle school level (Classes 5 to 8) following the IGCSE curriculum. Your passion for the subject, excellent communication skills, and ability to engage students will contribute to creating an optimal learning environment.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement effective lesson plans and instructional materials for physics classes based on the IGCSE curriculum.
– Deliver engaging and interactive lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
– Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student participation and academic growth.
– Utilize various teaching methods, techniques, and resources to facilitate conceptual understanding and application of physics principles.
– Evaluate student performance through assessments, tests, and examinations, providing timely and constructive feedback.
– Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and grades.
– Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the physics curriculum.
– Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and parent-teacher conferences as required.
– Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of physics education, incorporating innovative teaching strategies and technologies into the classroom.
Requirements:
– Master’s degree (M.Sc.) in Physics or a related field.
– Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) is essential.
– Previous teaching experience at the secondary level, preferably with the IGCSE curriculum.
– Excellent knowledge of physics concepts, theories, and practical applications.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
– Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students.
– Proficiency in using technology tools and resources for teaching and assessment.
– A passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a love for physics among students.
– Organizational skills to effectively plan lessons, manage time, and maintain accurate records.
– Flexibility and willingness to contribute to the overall development of the school community.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹35,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month
