Roles and Responsibilities:

1) Closely working with production team, taking regular follow ups to arrange the stocks of all reprints & new titles in deadline.

2) QC of every new printed title so as to control the print Quality. Reporting to superiors in time.

3) Giving the deadlines to production & eCommerce team.

4) Helping production team to remove their bottlenecks & achieve the deadlines. Coordination with Editorial Team(s).

5) Raising the print orders in time to maintain the stocks as per requirements.

6) Closely working with warehouse for all repairable stocks, junk stocks & low stock titles. To junk non-usable OOP titles

7) Understanding the customer’s issues & getting them resolved. (printing or missing pages or issues related to errors)

8) Working closely with the offline and online teams to identify their requirements and complete the orders of Books with low stock in time.

9) To repair old edition stocks (to new ones) as and when new print orders are raised.

10) To keep stockkeeping record of Books for printing, Qty ordered, received by warehouse and Short printed. To arrange these short books
