Applications are invited for the position of Director of Engineering, Management & Polytechnic College.

Job descriptions-

1. Finding and implementing ways to improve cost-efficiency.

2. Supporting established organizational objectives by developing goals and strategies.

3. Providing technical guidance to engineering teams and top management.

4. Implementing best practice engineering methods.

5. Active and ready to take challenges.

6. Planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating curriculum for students.

7. Leadership abilities with a strategic mind.

8. Adheres to the Quality Management System (QMS) Procedures.

9. Research & Development.

10. Monitor reliability and performance of all internal systems to suggest improvements.

11. Prepare and manage the engineering departments budget.

12. Preferably from NAAC / NBA accredited institutions.

13. NPTL/MOOCS/SWAYAM certification is desirable.

14. Knowledge of Emerging Areas/ Advance Training.

15. Work experience as Director (in an Engineering college) would be preferable.

Qualifications :- Qualification of Professor and P.hd. in appropriate Engineering discipline (CSE, CE, ME, EN).

Minimum of 10 years experience in teaching / Research out of which at least 5 years shall be at the level of Professor.
