This role requires a deep understanding of talent management and learning anddevelopmentbestpracticestosupportthedevelopmentoftheorganization’semployeesandthe overall success of the organization.
KeyResponsibilities
- ToassisttheCHROinalllearningactivitiesandtalentmanagementinitiativesforthecompany. This position will be head a team which will be responsible for design, launch and implementation of all learning initiatives across the company..
- Designandimplementprogramsthataimtogroworganizationalcapabilitythroughemployee engagement,recognition,capabilitydevelopment,careerdevelopment,successionplanning, etc.
- Develop and deliver training materials, including online courses, instructor-led sessions, and coaching sessions for employees and managers.
- Deploythe designation andgrade-wisecompetencyframeworkforthecompany
- IndependentlydesignthecompletearchitectureoftheL&ODfunctionincludingprocessesand flow of the L&OD function and how it’s going to contribute to business results.
- Consultwithbusiness leaders tounderstandtheir leadershipand managementdevelopment needs for input and the appropriate sponsorship, engagement and alignment
- Manage and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs, measuring the impact on employee performance and the organization’s overall success.
