Digital Task Force Hiring For Education Counsellor Intern at Pune, Maharashtra Full Time

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. To provide quality counselling service that exceeds students’ expectations.

2. To achieve student invoice target by intake and conversion targets by intake.

3. Work on conducting inbound calls with students.

4. Build strong student support through 100% compliance of application processes.

5. Advise undergraduate and graduate level students on career development and prospects after university graduation.

6. Schedule the programs/courses and associated co-origination with faculties and students.

7. Maintain the learning management systems & student records and organize the complete co-existence of faculties and student

8. Provide insight on useful coursework and degree programs supporting career aspirations

9. Maintaining record/data of students and taking follow ups

10. Reporting enrollment details

Required Skills:

1. Languages know should include – English, Hindi, Marathi

2. Well versed with MS Office

3. Good communication skills

4. Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From ₹6,000.00 per month
