Key Responsibilities
Instruction & Mentorship: Deliver engaging, hands-on training sessions for students in both digital marketing theory and real-world application.
Curriculum Management: Maintain and update our course curriculum to ensure it reflects the latest trends and tools in the industry.
Practical Guidance: Guide students through the end-to-end execution of campaigns, including live SEO, SMM, and SEM projects.
Technical Instruction: Provide clear, structured training on WordPress website development, ensuring students can design, manage, and optimize websites independently.
Skill Assessment: Track student progress, provide constructive feedback, and help them build a portfolio that lands them jobs.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in the digital marketing industry.
Technical Proficiency: Solid experience in WordPress website development (customization, plugins, themes, and basic troubleshooting).
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Tamil to effectively convey technical concepts to students.
Passionate Educator: Ability to simplify complex topics and mentor students with varying levels of prior experience.
