Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Trainer role based in Bengaluru South. The Digital Marketing Trainer will design and deliver classroom sessions on topics such as social media marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing, and other core digital marketing concepts. Responsibilities include preparing training materials, creating practical assignments, conducting workshops, and evaluating learner performance through assessments and projects. The role involves mentoring students on industry trends, tools, and best practices, as well as guiding them in building portfolios and preparing for interviews. The trainer will collaborate with academic coordinators to update curriculum content, integrate real-world case studies, and ensure training outcomes align with industry requirements. Qualifications
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse learner groups effectively.
Practical expertise in digital marketing, including social media marketing and broader marketing strategy.
Proven experience in training, teaching, or corporate facilitation, preferably in digital marketing or related fields.
Understanding of sales funnels and basic sales concepts to help learners connect marketing efforts with business outcomes.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, email marketing tools).
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; relevant certifications in digital marketing are an advantage.
Ability to design learner-centric content, assess performance, and provide constructive feedback.
Comfort working with technology-enabled classrooms and learning management systems.
