Key Responsibilities & What will you need to succeed in this role?
• Deliver training sessions to new hires / tenured reps effectively.
• Stay current in product and process updates, launches, best practices, tools, and applications.
• Maintain accurate training records.
• Evaluate trainee performance
• Report on the progress of assigned projects.
• Proficient in using Spreadsheets, Documents as well as applications to produce presentations.
• Good understanding of Digital Marketing and Web Technologies
• Knowledge of Digital marketing concepts and awareness about different marketing platforms & advertising strategies
• Awareness about content design and effective Campaign Management

Qualifications:
• 5-8 years of overall relevant experience
• Degree in Business Operations / Business Administration /Business Communication/Marketing
• Skilled using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)or G Suite (Sheets, Docs and Slides)
• Candidates should be flexible with rostered day offs and working in shifts
• Available to work 40 hours per week
