DigiSkolae Hiring For Education Counsellor at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh Full Time

DigiSkolae is a leading Digital Marketing Training Institute, operating in Lucknow.

We are looking for a dynamic female candidate for the role of Counsellor at our Indira Nagar, Lucknow branch.

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Counselor would be responsible for handling queries of prospective candidates interested in doing a Digital marketing course.

2. Calling the students and explaining to them about the programs and courses offered by the Company.

3. Counselor would be responsible for closing the leads and converting them into enrollments.

4. Being well informed and updated about the admission process.

5. Solving the queries of Candidates/associates through Emails and calls.

6. Maintaining good relationships with the Candidates.

7. Taking initiative and efforts to build a professional work environment, ensure that deadlines are met and the students/ have a positive experience during the entire admission process.

8. Fee Tracking and Follow Up

9. Managing the Complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned.

10. Adhere to the Sales process, productivity and quality parameters.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi)

2. Assist with phone calls and emails

3. Should have a good personality with a positive approach and ability to work in a team

4. Candidates with experience in handling Students with excellent communication skills and a passion to interact with students are preferred.

5. Freshers with good communication skills and a flair for sales can also apply.

6. Should have completed graduation. Preference to BBA or MBA (Marketing or HR)

7 Preference will be given to immediate joiners.Fresher and Experienced both can apply.

Qualifications: Any graduate can apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹8,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
