Role Details
Digiaccel is building its Learning Consultant Team. The objective of this team is to ensure that Learning Consultant needs and expectations are understood and matched to the right offering. The team is responsible to identify the right TG and build a two way communication channel using online and offline mediums. The success of this team will be measured through the scale of delivered Learning Consultant outcomes.
The Learning Consultant (LC) is the building block of this team. The LC is expected to understand Digiaccel’s offerings and products and assess a match with different cohorts of Learning Consultants basis their needs. Post this matchmaking, the LC is expected to facilitate the choice for the Learning Consultants through a smooth introduction and onboarding process. The LC is expected to track the cohort’s progress to pickup feedback and help iterate the product. In essence, the LC is the bridge between Learning Consultants and their potential digital careers. The LC will be a part of the Digiaccel’s Learning Consultant experience team and will be a key contributor to the mission of the organization.
The organization is looking for individuals with empathy, learnability, and an enthusiasm to make a difference. The LC will be working with the communication team and the product team to help build the Learning Consultant pipeline and refine Digiaccel’s communication and offering for potential cohorts. The LC needs to be adept at multi-tasking and playing different roles to enable success for Learning Consultants and Digiaccel.
Responsibilities
- Identifying and building a Learning Consultant pipeline through offline channels.
- Building and managing relationships with multiple colleges.
- Helping build communication and experiences that help Learning Consultants discover Digiaccel in offline channels.
- Online/ Voice interactions with potential Learning Consultants to assess needs and match tracks.
- Data management and analysis of pipeline progress and feedback.
- Building sharper insights to Learning Consultant needs for the organization.
Requirements
- Graduate or Post Graduate with 2-5 yrs. of work experience.
- Good articulation skills with fluency in English and Hindi.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with an ability to work with multiple internal and external teams.
- Intellectual honesty, passion for excellence and ability to collaborate.
About the Company
Digiaccel is a Gurgaon headquartered future skills academy looking to solve for the digital skills gap in India. It aims to do so through an application based curriculum and skilling system to enable Learning Consultants to pick up the relevant digital skills. These will be enabled by industry professionals through online learning courses with a mix of live and pre-recorded modules. In doing so, it will facilitate outcome oriented learning with employment/ career acceleration being the targeted outcome.
