Opportunity to Create an Impact by Building an Alternate System for High Quality Business Education Digiaccel.
Learning is looking for an entrepreneurial problem solver to work on exciting unlocks in the 1 to 10 journeys of the company. The position will work very closely with the Founder in building the revenue stream for the consumer business. The individual will work on building and managing the pre-admissions experience for all of Digiaccel’s online programs. This includes managing the pipeline, ensuring a great counselling experience, doubt clearing as well as managing other elements of the experience incl marketing collateral and communication. As the leader of this work stream, you will be responsible for inputs (productivity and experience metrics) as well as output (admissions). The sum total of the above will help scale programs that aim at redefining quality business education in the country. The right person is someone who understands the student perspective, is high on empathy, sets a high benchmark for excellence and has rigorous problem-solving skills. The charter on pre-admissions experience will help the individual experience different facets of building an early-stage business.
Responsibilities
• Working with the Founders to build experience levers and implement them.
• Build and grow a team of executives in the learner success team
• Manage productivity and output of the pre-sales team
• Communication development and execution as pre-sales stimulus for the learners
• Designing and executing student acquisition activities like referrals etc.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
• Graduate or Postgraduate with 2-4 yrs. of experience.
• Top tier graduation/ engineering/ MBA education preferred.
• Experience of working in an operational/ customer facing role.
• Demonstrated experience of high ownership, entrepreneurial mindset and customer empathy.
• Intellectual integrity, a desire to learn, a drive for excellence and the ability to collaborate.
