About the role We have an exciting role as Jr. Graphic Designer to drive and translate creative and contemporary ideas to solid design and impact.
The role will include creating the design formats and using the Dibber brand guidelines to prepare final products that are easy to read, communicative, appealing to the audience (children, teachers and parents alike) and create the wow effect. Job responsibilities:
- Responsible for design and production of all pedagogical materials while adhering to brand guidelines (brochures, posters, worksheets, editable templates)
- Conceptualize and execute the creative design strategy behind print and digital, assets
- Idea generation and layout development of pedagogical material (both digital and print)
- Creative thinking and visualization expertise, having the ability to understand, think and produce an effective output while collaborating with various stakeholders within the organization.
- A proven background in children’s illustration is an added benefit.
- Creative quality assurance experience OR demonstrated ability to meet the job requirements through comparable work experience – essentialRequired Qualifications/ Skills:
- 2-4 years’ experience in integrated creative production as a junior graphic designer in an ad agency/ design studio/ publishing house
- Proficiency in Adobe suite (InDesign, Photoshop& Illustrator)
- Should be experienced in delivering various creative asset types
- Proficiency in creating user-friendly templates (word, PowerPoint, Canva web etc.)
- Solid graphic design skills and an eye for composition
- Good verbal and written communication
- Strong knowledge of 2D, 3D graphics fundamentals
- Flexibility and enthusiasm to share knowledge with the team
- Prior working experience with education industry (preferred) Other information
- Base location is Bengaluru, office located in Koramangala; relocation is required.
- Work hours are 11 am to 8 pm, Monday to Friday with Hybrid working.
