Dhunguru is a platform that connects music teachers to aspiring students, who are willing to learn the art, with 1-1 live online sessions. That comes without having to go through the hassle of finding teachers in your locality and you would be learning from the best teachers available around the world, sitting at the comfort of your homes and at a time of your choice.
Teachers can sign up on our platform to teach the form of music/instrument they specialise in, setting up their own price, their own time and their own curriculum and students can pick any teacher they like as per their budget, requirement and availability. All our sessions are 100% recorded, availability for which is there with the students for life.
Dhunguru is on a mission to eliminate geographical boundaries for all music enthusiasts across the world, giving them access to best music teachers from all across.
About the Role!
Academic Counsellors are the face of Dhunguru for all our students and parents. We help them understand how to leverage Dhunguru platform for their learning. We strive to make music learning accessible to all through Dhunguru.
What will you be doing?
You are responsible for helping prospective students find and book private sessions with our instructors located nationwide. This full-time position requires someone who has a positive, “can do” attitude, high energy, and great selling skills. The onboarding executive serves as an advisor by providing detailed information about our instructors, and benefits of sessions and plans.
– Achieving monthly sales targets in a high pressure, performance driven competitive environment.
– Answer incoming sales calls and make outbound calls to prospective clients who have all visited our website (no cold calling)
– Gain understanding of clients’ specific needs and make recommendations based on those needs
– Handle customer service-related issues/questions as required
– Other duties as assigned or required
– Collaborate with technical team on all system related issues
– Intensely following up with the prospects and closing the sales within the sales cycle
– Diligently communicating and priming the lead through channels like email, whatsapp, SMS, calls
– Monitoring self-performance at all times while also contributing to the team performance, keeping track of factors like conversion factor, Average revenue generated per lead, Average revenue per sale, etc

– Exceptional communicator and influencer who can deliver sales pitch like a charm
– Result driven with experience of extremely target centric job
– Confident and a risk-taker who thrives in a high-performance high-growth environment
– Self-learners with high grasping ability who can learn about the product
– Minimum 6 months experience in sales
Under Graduates/ Post Graduate candidates with MBA will be preferred
– Decent MS Office skills
Work Environment Details: –
– Flexible work hours, wherein the advisors will book demos and counsellors would be required to conduct the demos and close the sale after the demo is done.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
