As part of this mission, we are seeking passionate educators to join us as Career Gurus and bring this valuable initiative to schools across the country.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Career Assessments: Administer Dheya’s scientifically designed career assessments to students within assigned schools.
• Workshop Facilitation: Conduct workshops and seminars within schools to create awareness about the importance of informed career decision-making.
• Collaboration with Schools: Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, and parents to ensure the successful implementation of Dheya’s career guidance program.
• Promotion and Outreach: Actively promote Dheya’s mission within the school community and engage in outreach activities to increase awareness about the benefits of scientifically guided career decisions.

Qualifications:

• Serving school principal, vice principal, Vice Principal / high school coordinator.
• Passion for helping students discover and pursue their strengths and interests.
