Yoga Instructor /1

Pay Scale: Rs 23000-25000

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a group class
• Deliver different forms of yoga enthusiastically
• 8 hours works a day
• Work for Split Shift working hours (classes in the morning and evening)
• Work six days in a week with 1 day off
• Should know how to conduct shat kriyas like Jalaneti, Vamana dhauti, shankaprakshalana, Trataka etc
• Have to conduct workshops

Desired background

1) Qualification required MSc Yoga/PG Diploma in Yoga/BSc

2) 1 year experience required in group classes

3) Good Communication skills (Proficiency in English)

4) High energy and eagerness to learn

Yoga Teacher for TTC /1 Post

Pay Scale: Rs 25000-30000

Key responsibilities:

• Teacher has the teach Yoga Alliance 200 hours course syllabus like
• Asana- Techniques including identification of common misalignments, practice sessions with the faculty and peers.
• Training and practice in Bandhas.
• Pranayama, Kriyas
• Manta chanting and Meditation
• Yoga philosophy of Eight Limbs of Ashtanga and Raja Yoga
• Anatomy and Physiology including chakras, mudras, Nadis and health benefits of yoga
• Ethics for Yoga Teachers
• Yoga Lifestyle
• Yoga Business Management
• Teaching Methodology including sequencing, adjusting, maintain teaching standards, and teacher and learner styles
• Classroom Management
• Should know how to conduct shat kriyas like Jalaneti, Vamana dhauti, shankaprakshalana, Trataka etc
• Have to conduct workshops
• Lead and motivate a group class
